Irving Farm Coffee
New York, New York
Irving Farm New York, established in 1996 on Irving Place, has pioneered NYC's coffee industry with neighborhood cafes and 20-plus years of roasting experience.
Following their success in Gramercy, Founders Steve and David turned their attention to roasting, converting a small carriage house in upstate NY into a roastery at a time when roasting wasn't even permitted in the city.
Irving Farm sources all its coffee from small producers, hand-selecting freshly harvested lots and maintaining long-term, sustainable relationships at the origin.
Their coffee is always fresh, with seasonal batches received throughout the year at their New York facility, roasted to order, and promptly shipped.
Their balanced, sweet house blends result in delicious, approachable coffees.
Today, Irving Farm has cafes across Manhattan.
They also opened a modern 7500 sq/ft roasting and cold brewing facility near the original carriage house in Millerton, New York.
Throughout their evolution, they've stayed true to their hometown roots and commitment to offering the perfect authentic NY coffee.
Did You Know? In 2002, Irving Farm was awarded "Best Coffee" by New York Magazine, a testament to their commitment to quality and deep understanding of New York's high coffee standards.
