Airship Coffee
Bentonville, Arkansas
Airship Coffee, a coffee company born out of a desire to create demand for coffee growers in Honduras and Guatemala, is all about elevating coffee experiences.
Founded by Mark Bray, a former stonemason and pizza man turned horticulture extension agent, Airship Coffee is the result of an adventure that started with a trip to Honduras and a meeting with a local coffee farming community.
Airship Coffee is committed to building a supply chain from tree to cup, ensuring that each cup served is of the highest quality.
They work directly with coffee farmers, paying fair wages for their coffee and helping them improve their farming practices.
This commitment to direct trade and sustainable agriculture allows Airship Coffee to serve beautiful coffees year in and year out.
They believe in creating a place where authentic community thrives, offering a unique coffee experience that is as much about the people as it is about the coffee.
Did You Know? The name "Airship Coffee" was inspired by a Christmas tree ornament shaped like a blimp. When creating a name for their new business, Mark's wife, Amber, suggested "Airship," inspired by the ornament. The blimp represents "an elevated perspective, a viewpoint from above that allows you to see where you've been, where you're at, and where you want to be," much like Airship Coffee's approach to their business and coffee.
