Founders Leticia and Joel Pollock, combining 30 years of experience in the coffee industry, are not just about brewing a great cup of coffee but also about advocating for well-sourced and expertly prepared coffee, supporting the global coffee community, and making the world a better place.

Their approach to coffee focuses on selecting single-origin coffees for taste, individuality, and origin.

They also craft coffee blends from these selections.

They benefit from long-standing relationships with coffee producers worldwide, who not only possess generations of knowledge and passion but also produce some of the finest lots of coffee available anywhere.

After selecting green coffee, the roasting team defines the specific roast profile to use.

The group's objective is to attain complete development and caramelization of the sugars that are naturally present in the coffee bean without causing any conversion of these valuable caramelized sugars into carbon, which may lead to an undesirable ashy or smoky flavor.

Panther Coffee is proud of its extensively and continuously trained team of managers, educators, and baristas who showcase these excellent coffees and the people behind them daily.

Did You Know? Panther Coffee roasts their beans on rare 1920's vintage Probat Perfekt roasters. Most days, you can see these roasters in action at their Wynwood and Little Haiti locations.
